Our Story

David Murow, CEO of Bridgewell Capital, is one of the top private money lenders in Orange County with an extensive amount of multi-generational experience. 

David is a mortgage broker by trade and started his career as a young banker in 2011. At just 22 years old, David learned both sides of the business from the ground up, as he would lend money from private lenders. In 2015, he partnered with loanDepot, also known as the second largest non-bank consumer direct lender in the nation. 

David achieved a California Real Estate Salesperson license in 2009 and a California Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2010. He is an expert in loan workout scenarios where he has worked with many banks and their special assets divisions to bring value in management and dispositions of assets. David has had some of the most notable mentors throughout his career that has attributed to his success and development.
